An ideal choice for those who want to avoid gluten. As you know, buckwheat is not a grain, but a nut in its essence – hence the difference that bread made from it has a slightly nutty taste. Thanks to the very well-functioning sourdough, our buckwheat bread is also airy. The dark dots in the bread are buckwheat bran, which we also add to our bread. A super simple, super healthy, white sugar-free and light choice and an alternative to rye bread.
