A unique sourdough bread in the form of a loaf. Lots of seeds. The taste is made special by using rye sourdough in a wheat flour loaf. The consistency of the loaf is slightly sour-moist. Instead of sugar, we use agave syrup to balance the sourdough’s sourdough taste. Same-day bread is characterized by a wonderfully crispy crust, which in combination with a slightly moist filling has become fatal for many. In a good way!
