About Us
We are dedicated to crafting healthy, artisanal bread and pastries using sourdough. All our bread is sugar-free, and instead, we use pureed dates as a sweetener.
Our product range also includes classic pastries and pretzels filled with natural, homemade ingredients.
Most of our products are vegan-friendly. We take pride in using original recipes and prioritize the naturalness of ingredients and positive energy during the preparation.
You are welcome to visit our bakery-boutique at Tartu Road 68, located at the foothills of Sossi Hill in Tallinn. Our bread and pastries can also be ordered for delivery to a parcel locker or directly to your home through Wolt .

Just back from a visit to Rukkimaania. We had a carrot bun, white bread, cinnamon pastry and almond pastry and they were all amazing. Wanted to get on here immediately and let people know how tasty their baking is. We'll be back tomorrow!
One of the best bakeries in Tallinn. Incredible cinnamon roll flavors including marzipan, Cardamon and even a savory cheese. Excellent taste and texture. The proprietors can be seen the day before working on the dough, and walking in on an open day is a joy. The baked goods smell soooo good and taste even better! They are only open three days a week so be sure to plan your week accordingly!

Best buns we have ever had in Estonia as locals!
I tried every bakery around the city centre and kadriorg, and I can confirm that Rukkimaania’s buns are the best in the town! Very soft and tasty! Super fresh! Also sourdough bread is delicious and stays fresh a bit longer than usual. Wish Rukkimaania worked a bit more often!
As someone who is from Germany, I have often complained about the lack of bakeries in Estonia. Until I found this place. The bread here is amazing! The cheese buns are the best I ever had and I actually would get them daily if I could. Unfortunately, they are not open every day, so check the opening hours before coming 🙂
Best bread in Tallinn! Such a cosy and warm place with super tasty baked goods - if you want to try true estonian rye bread, then this is the best. The one with rosemary is my personal favourite.
