This bun, alike the buckwheat bread, is made solely of raw buckwheat flour, including the leaven, so there is no flour with gluten added to this. Like our other breads, this one does not include sugar, as it is replaced with date paste. These buns can be made thinner or ticker, as the client orders them. Mostly these are only made to order.
