Cheeseroll with spinach and wild carlic

Juicy cheese sandwich with wild garlic. This cheese sandwich is legendary, golden yellow and crispy on the outside, with plenty of wild garlic inside and sometimes we add fresh spinach. After it comes out of the oven, we brush it generously with olive oil – if you’re going to eat the sandwich, it has to be so good that it would be unfair to deny yourself one. Usually, the cheese sandwich drawer is the first to empty in our bakery.
